How much time will it take?
You need to commit to an initial 2-hour 1:1 coaching session with your mental fitness coach to define your most important goals and then a monthly 1:1 session throughout the program. These will be scheduled into your diary at the start of the program as a commitment from us both.
You will embark on an intensive 6-week training program, driven via a comprehensive app on your mobile phone, during which time you will be sent weekly focus videos and a daily 2-minute coach challenge to practice a minimum of three times per day – that’s a minimum of 6 minutes per day – do it whilst waiting for a lift, take 2-minutes to clear your mind before an important meeting or whilst making a cup of coffee…who can’t spare that time?
