TARA RYDER
Mental Fitness Coach
What is your background in coaching and what led you to become a Mental Fitness Coach for THE EXECUTIVE MINDSET?
I decided to become a Mental Fitness Coach because of the positive impact that it has had on myself and wanting to share this with others.
Coming from a HR background; I know how stressful the working environment can be at times and I understand how Mental Fitness Coaching can help people make positive decisions in these situations.
What impact has the coaching program had on you?
It has had a hugely positive impact on myself. The coaching helps me in coping with and reducing stress and negative thoughts and emotions. It has also helped me as a parent - changing my thinking about how to deal with certain situations with my daughter.
Who would benefit from your coaching and why?
Anyone who is involved in key decision making on a daily basis no matter how large or small their company - Our coaching is aimed at Executives, Leaders and Senior Managers.

Isn’t Mental Fitness coaching just a load of ‘wellness’ and yoga – I don’t have time for that?!
Not in the slightest, it is science-based. It’s not easy, but it really does work if you commit to the program - but that commitment is not a huge amount of time it is 2 minutes a few times a day. Everyone can fit that into their busy day.
Can you tell us a success story from THE EXECUTIVE MINDSET coaching program?
We have received so much positive feedback and testimonials speak for themselves on how great the program is, but the main success for me is when people tell me how much of a positive impact it has had on them and transformed their way of thinking.
What is the best piece of coaching you’ve ever experienced that you would want others to know about?
It is undoubtedly the Mental Fitness Program by Shirzad Chamine, which is why we use this as the foundation of our program.
Why should clients choose you as their Mental Fitness Coach?
I have been through the Mental Fitness Program myself and it has had such a positive impact. I've been in their shoes and done their job, so I understand the pressure and challenges they face. I can guide them to achieving their goals whilst having a calmer mind.
